Atomic9 Warranty Policy
All products sold on this website is under the Atomic9 Limited Warranty.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have a 7 day period to return the product for exchange or credit, provided that you have proof of purchase and the product and packaging are both in perfect, brand-new condition. Any use of the product not in accordance to normal usage conditions (see below) voids all warranties. There are no refunds.
The following is an overview of the Atomic9 product warranty. If you experience a problem with your product resulting from defects in material and workmanship within the period covered by this warranty then you are entitled to product replacement or repair in line with the conditions specified here. The standard warranty for Atomic9 products covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after purchase. Any rechargeable battery included with this product is guaranteed for a period of six (6) months from date of purchase. Any accessories supplied with this product are guaranteed for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. We suggest that you make a record of the product model name and number, date of purchase and name of the retailer who supplied you. Please attach the proof of purchase receipt and keep it and your warranty in a safe place in case it is needed. Please register online at www.atomic9.com to enact your warranty.
If you experience a problem with your product please refer to the user manual or our website for trouble-shooting suggestions. If the problem persists please contact the support to fill out a support ticket. Product damage due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, deliberate damage, superficial damage, damage due to negligence and damage caused by external events is not covered by this warranty. Only faults resulting from defects in material and workmanship is covered by this warranty. Please make yourself aware of the correct usage conditions of this product as described in the user manual. Where a returned product is found to have been subject to damage not covered by this warranty then you may be charged for any repairs, replacements and shipping costs.
If your product needs to be returned for repair or replacement you will need to provide a proof of purchase. Repairs or replacement cannot be performed without this documentation.
This warranty does not cover any additional costs including, but not limited to, those associated with removal, cleaning or installation of the products, adjustments, mechanical or electronic, made to the products. This warranty covers only normal use of the product. 24-hour-per-day or other excessive continual use causes strain and is not considered normal use. This warranty does not cover consumables (e.g., fuses, wear and tear items). This warranty is non-transferable. Atomic9 is not responsible for warranty service should the Atomic9 label or logo or the rating label or serial number be removed. All products are designed to operate in the typical indoor environment.
This warranty is VOID if used outside of the following circumstances:
- 100V-240VAC, 50/60 Hz
- 16° to 29° C (60° to 85° F)
- 10 - 80% RH (without condensation)
- 0-1828m (0-6000 feet) above sea level
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE RESPECTIVE PRODUCT USER MANUAL OR TO USE THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE USE STATEMENT, WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES
